To access ShouldCast Studio features, we collect essential user authentication info when registering an account. This includes your email address, password hashes, and optional display names. We do not store or request any financial data or sensitive personal information.
2. Image Sourcing & Third-Party API Data
ShouldCast automatically loads public actor images dynamically using public web search engines and metadata APIs. These images are owned entirely by their respective copyright holders. We do not index or store personal identification data related to third-party assets, nor do we redistribute image assets commercially.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
We use standard functional cookies and local storage tokens to manage user sessions and authentication states (such as staying logged in between the Hub and Studio dashboard views). No analytics or tracking scripts are deployed on this platform.
4. How We Protect Your Data
Your account data is secured using encryption protocols and hashed passwords. Authentication cookies are configured with secure flags (e.g. HttpOnly, SameSite, Secure) to safeguard against unauthorized cross-site scripting (XSS) and token hijacking.
5. Your Data Choices (Right to Be Forgotten)
You own your casting boards and account parameters. If you would like to permanently delete your ShouldCast account, casting projects, evaluation comments, or custom metadata from our databases, please contact our support desk at [email protected] and we will verify and process your request immediately.
