ShouldCast is a fan-first platform built strictly for entertainment, commentary, and casting suggestions. We utilize actor names, likenesses, and public images. These assets are used under the Fair Use Doctrine (U.S. Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 107) for non-commercial parody, commentary, and casting discussions.

3. No Affiliation Disclaimer

ShouldCast is entirely independent. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any actors, movie studios, talent representatives, agencies, or publishing companies mentioned on this site. All trademarks and registered names belong to their respective copyright owners.

4. Automated Data Fetching & Scraping

The Service fetches metadata and public images from public search engines and indexes for temporary visual reference. If you believe any automatically-fetched image infringes your copyright, please follow our copyright take-down procedures outlined below.

5. DMCA Copyright Infringement & Take-Down Policy

We respect copyright laws and will respond to valid notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright owner and want to request removal of an actor image or public casting listing, please submit a written request containing:
